“Worst service experience I've ever had. Brought my 2014 ram 1500 in for a front end alignment after replacing upper and lower control arms. 3 1/2 hours later, after 5 test drives and 4 returns to the rack for adjustment, they tell its ready. As soon as I back out of the parking space and turn the wheels, there's a clunk and weird movement that wasn't there when i.brought it in. The service advisor checks with the technician who says 'there's something loose. That's why he had such a hard time with the alignment'. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! My first thoughts are what did he loosen to adjust, that he forgot to torque down. The second thought was, I will never use this dealership again. I'll go somewhere else. Now I have to figure out what they messed up!!!”
