The person who answered was incredibly apologetic and explained that sometimes the system doesn't properly notify them, which can unfortunately lead to missed opportunities. She was genuinely sorry and quickly got me connected with the right people. Had I not been patient enough to call, the AI system may have never notified the staff of my inquiry. Thankfully, I did call, and I'm glad I did. From that point forward, the experience was exceptional. Everyone treated me with respect, communicated honestly, and worked hard to get me into the right vehicle at the best possible deal. This was easily one of the most comfortable and enjoyable vehicle purchases I've ever made.
