“They've done good work for me before, always had good experiences with findlay and never felt like i was treated poorly until now.
A simple service quote takes 5-10 mins to complete. A phone call regarding the quoted service, takes 2 minutes. 3 different attempts via the online assistant and text messaging, all with the same outcome. No reply, no follow up. Which makes me ask... Whos in charge of the "service team" responsible for getting back to me? Plenty of openings for scheduling a service, just not getting a quote.
Also, what's the deal with them washing certain customer cars and not others? Favoritism? Preferred customers? Minimum purchase?”

“Findlay helped us get our dream 4Runner. From start to finish it was a great experience. Emi Turcanu was excellent in shepherding the process, we were probably too picky on what we were looking for, but he got it done for us and had great communication throughout the process. Even the paperwork was smooth and went quickly. Thanks!”

“Jason Earls went above and beyond helping us pick out a tonneau cover and predator steps for our 2025 tundra. The service dept was able to get everything in and install within a week. Extremely happy with the turnout and appreciate the service we received”

“Stay 1,000 feet away from this lot.
Our family bought a 2020 Ford Escape SEL with 47,000 miles from this dealership.
This car had known issues that were secretly hidden and thrown upon the consumer.
Actively going through an attorney through Washington State Lemon Law.
Be careful.
In less than one year:
- All 4 TPMS sensors were missing from all 4 tires and I was stuck with a permanent TPMS error on my dash. The error was not on when I purchased the vehicle and these are the same tires from original purchase. $600 dollars in sensors.
- Instrument Gauge Cluster goes completely black and I need to take the car to the shop for the third time. Currently in shop.
- Shifter cluster console completely broken. All brackets were broken under the console. $570 dollar part
- Check Engine Light 6 month in - Bad Fuel Purge Valve - $300 replacement”

“Jered my Salesman went above and beyond to make sure that my family was taken care of.
This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Jered and when our previous Grand Highlander was totaled in an accident it was clear that Jered cared more about my family than the totaled car or the new car we were looking at ordering.
He also showed he cared because we were originally looking at another vehicle and Jered showed us the different options and how each car had its pros and cons and we decided that the Grand Highlander was the best choice for our family.
I cannot give Jered enough praise, every time we go into the dealership he's busy helping customers in person and on the phone and he definitely shows you that he is there to make your buying experience as smooth as possible. Even though he's doing 5 things at once, I knew that I was important to him and that he cares about my time.
We were waiting for our ordered vehicle to come in, when another with some upgrades came in and he gave us a call and we came down as soon as we could and bought it. This new Grand Highlander hybrid is perfect for us, the upgraded interior is so much better than we could have anticipated and we love the gray paint.
When closing the sale he makes sure you know how to use every option as well as the toyota app on your phone.
Every single time we come in, he treats us the same and its the reason I'll buy my Toyotas from Jered. He treats us as though we have already bought 10 cars from him even when it was the first.”
