“Was extremely disappointed in the lies about the Subaru I bought. I came in to see what I could get for my 2021 tacoma trd off road that I had just put new 1,200 dollar tires on. The had accepted my trade sold it in almost 3-5 days to someone I know. A few days later I noticed the Subaru had been in a wreck they showed me a car fax that showed it had never been in a wreck. So I took the car to a car wash and paint started peeling from the bumper take in mind the car only had 18,000 miles on it. So I chose to take it to an auto body guy that is highly recommended here in Spokane Wa. And showed me all the damage behind the bumper and how stressed the uni body was from the reck and the uni body that was peeled back from the wreck hidden behind the bumper. The work to make it right will cost me close to 5,000 dollars. I think what sucks the most is they made money off my truck and Im stuck with a wrecked car that they sold me at almost full price for a new Subaru. A few weeks ago I picked my wife's car up from caliber collision and they informed me on how Arrotta’s max Mitsubishi Gets away with selling wrecked cars when it comes to taking it to an autobody shop. I Would never a day in my life recommend anyone ever going to this lot unless you enjoy getting ripped off and sold a wrecked vehicle. And then, in the end, the owner wanted to get cocky with me and let me know that I only had two days to return the vehicle and he would take a couple hundred dollars off the vehicle which didn’t know justice to the amount of damage that was done to it so now I get to drive my two children and wife around in a wrecked vehicle Which in my opinion is very unsafe, but that’s the kind of people that runs this lot.”
