“I was hopeful in 2026 car dealerships would have realized buyers don't like the traditional high pressure dealer experience and would have developed more sincere sales approaches. I contacted this dealer to get a simple price on a vehicle we are interested in purchasing. We are well qualified and shopping around to find the best price without getting sucked into the physical dealership to play all the same old games. Not only did Amaya repeatedly ignore my simple request of their best price on the vehicle in question, she disrespectfully ignored my declination to provide additional personal contact info as we have no interest in being added to a marketing database. My experience here was not surprising, but nonetheless, still disappointing.”

Brandon took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated as a first-time buyer in this area. I’d definitely recommend asking for Brandon if you’re looking for an honest and helpful salesperson.”

“My wife and I worked with Brandon, who went above and beyond getting us in a used Ford Bronco they had on the lot, we flew up from Salt Lake City, and he even went as far as picking us up at the airport in the car we were looking at. Overall the experience was awesome, and we love the car! Thanks Brandon 🤘”

“Our salesman Cameron was absolutely fantastic. They didn't have the vehicle that we wanted and Cameron and the rest of the Auto Nation team worked hard to locate one that we did. One was located and Cameron went above and beyond by going to get it and delivering to us at our home. Our whole experience at Auto Nation was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was extremely helpful and the process was quick and very positive. 100% recommend. We are absolutely in love with our new car and couldn't be happier.”

“The people at Autonation are different than the ones I’ve found at lots in the past. They care about the person, and know what a vehicle means to an owner or driver.
When I faced a mechanical issue with my 2024 Honda Accord, the warranty from Honda would not cover it. Seeing me, and being human enough to put themselves in my shoes, their service department stepped in and took care of the issue anyways.They were willing to lose money to fix my car. Why? It was the right thing to do.
When life no longer made sense for me in the Accord, I took it to them for trade in. Their sales team worked with me over several days as I weighed other trade-in options. In the end, I drove off in a car more suited for my current needs and actually made a little money off of the trade in as well! For contrast, the Nissan down the street wanted me to give them 7k more for a similarly valued trade!
If you are a person with bad experiences on car lots — give these people a chance. They go out of their way to meet you where you are at. I’ve never drove off their lot feeling like they had worked me over. Rather, every time I leave Autonation Honda in Spokane Valley, I wonder how they can even do that!
Because of how they treated me, they will always be my first choice for automotive needs.”
