ββI needed some major work done, and Leon was nothing short of amazing! As a woman, itβs unfortunately common to feel vulnerable or taken advantage of in auto shops, but Leon made me feel completely respected, comfortable, and valued. He was incredibly straightforward and genuinely helpful with my situation.
βTo top it all off, it was my birthday! The team went above and beyond to get my brake repairs done quickly, getting me in and out so I could actually enjoy my day. Thank you so much, Volkswagen, for turning what could have been a stressful day into a fantastic experience!β

βMichael H. did an excellent job helping us find a used Tiguan. He took the time to explain all the features and made the buying process easy. Eric in Financing helped us with a service plan that would work best for our needs. We are really happy with our Tiguan!β

βThis place is on point. I got a short video showing a major oil leak under my vehicle as I was in the waiting lounge asking if I want to fix this. I got to see exactly what the issues were on video. Overall I had a smooth experience employees seemed friendly skilled and knowledgeable. I would come back here again.β

βI had the BEST experience with Chris on getting my new car! He made the process so smooth and not once did I feel pressured into anything. He even took the time to explain every little thing in detail about the car too. The finance guy, Justen was super nice too and made signing for the car easy breezy. Thank you for a good experience and for making me getting my new car possible!!! πβ

βDo not call the GM, it is a waste of your time. All the negative reviews tell you to call the GM, but that feels more like lip service than real accountability. I called the GM first, left a voicemail with the person who answered, and never received a call back.
We recently purchased a car here. While we are happy with the vehicle itself, the overall experience was disappointing and has left us uneasy.
After waiting 4 to 6 hours for paperwork, everything was finally signed and we were ready to leave when we were handed only a single key fob. This was never disclosed during the sales process. I emailed the dealership the following day to ask about the missing key fob and received no response.
When I later returned to pick up our plates, I asked again and was told they had already given us everything they had and that there was nothing they could do. There was no apology and no acknowledgment that this should have been disclosed before the purchase. Once the paperwork was signed, it was clear our concerns no longer mattered.
Because this was not handled properly, it now makes me question what else may have been overlooked or omitted. Transparency should be the bare minimum on a major purchase like this.
For future buyers, I strongly recommend checking with STCU or your own credit union before financing through the dealership. During signing, we pushed back and the dealer immediately lowered our loan rate to match the advertised rate, saving us thousands over the life of the loan. That experience alone shows how flexible the numbers can be when questioned.
GM you have my number because I bought a car from you.
This post will be removed if the GM calls me and makes my issue right.β
