“I'm very pleased with my recent transaction buying my second vehicle from corwin Ford. One of the sales managers, Dennis, was awesome and very kind. I met him through a previous transaction and he said he would take care of me the next time I bought a vehicle there. He is very patient and helpful. He introduced me to Cam who was a great salesperson. They both were very thorough and let me ask a million questions without ever getting impatient. Dennis helped me by allowing me to bring my extra key to him in Idaho so I didn't have to drive all the way back to Washington the next day. I would buy another vehicle at this dealership in the future and received much better service here than another Ford dealership in Idaho that I go to for service. I appreciate the fact that they value their customers and try to work with them. Some other dealerships seem to only look at you as a number and not really care for getting return business. It's all about pressuring you into a transaction and I never felt that from this dealership which I really appreciate. In my opinion that is what drives return business when someone feels comfortable and not pressured and that they are valued.”

Bob the finance guy was very funny and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Syd she was nice and helped us with all the paperwork. What can I say about Cam he was so very nice and helpful, he help set up both of our cell phones on the new car, and helped us transfer the stuff out of our old car into our new one.
