I took my mother's 1997 Mercury Cougar in for a A/C repair, which was done by someone they have that works on the older vehicles. I was impressed and thankful. It has cold air now. I also paid less then the quote since the repair was minor. I am very happy with the service I received.”

This was the worst car buying experience ever needless to say I took my business to another dealership. And to top this off I owed 3 Lincolns . The treatment i received was so bad I am now with Cadillac. And the other thing how do you complain to the manger about the manger. If you go shop at Star Lincoln remember not to miss the signs because there is no way you should be purchasing a car that expensive and getting service that bad. Someone really needs to check this Manger because he's not even trying to sell cars no customer service care at all.
