“I scheduled an oil change a week in advance. When I showed up I was told it would be at least 90 minutes before my vehicle would be serviced. What was the point of making the appointment? I ended up having to wait over two hours and missed my nephew’s birthday party.”

“Very deceptive service advisor on my issue of a major repair a 15 k motor replacement 2weeks never touched, truck sat untouched after told it was halfway to completion this picture was taken after I spoke with Service and was told it would be ready. In a couple days and I find it sitting in their back lot!”
