“We had a great experience with Unique Auto Mall. Roland and Jasmine were great to work with and we were in and out within 90 minutes with our X5 at our agreed to price with no B.S. The car was clean and ready to go. It was easy. A couple of notes about dealer add ons: This is common in NY/NJ and other parts of the country. When I first moved here, it caught me by surprise and then I realized that nearly everyone does it and the few who don't have a higher price to make up for what the add ons are. When you see an internet price, call the dealership and get clarity and what other charges there will be. That's what I did and for the car we wanted (and I did heavy research), they still had the best price. Roland was upfront about the additional add ons. I knew what we were going to pay before we got there and there were no surprises once we arrived. It may seem shady to advertise one price and then have extra charges but if I put myself in the dealers shoes - if everyone is doing it and I decide not to and I just have one upfront price (that is higher than everyone else), no one will call on the car because of the high price. While I don't love the practice - I cannot fault Unique Auto Mall for doing what nearly every other dealer in the NY/NJ market does. Overall we had a great experience with this dealership and would buy from them again.”
