Dealing with the Staff at Don Franklin Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, was an excellent experience. I would have like to gotten more from my trade in however. Note: The salesman Donavan was the best salesman I have ever worked with to lease a vehicle, I hope he goes up the ladder there. I just took my truck in to put step sides on it, I was onlt there 25 minutes and my truck was ready. Took my tuck for first oil change, i was out in 15 minutes!”

“2023 Equinox under full warranty. AC compressor bad. Tells me he HAS TO call the warranty company for approval!! Hello we purchased it from your dealership, the car and the warranty. Needed to show him all the warranty info to get the car fixed and he still needs to call!?! Oh and then proceeds to tell me 3 WEEKS out for the repair 🙄🙄That place was so backed up with repairs. This is the first time purchasing a Chevy and the last time. Also after the first week of having it, the screen went blank. No radio or anything. Now a recall on check engine and now the AC. I will stick to Ford. No problems there. Review update: changed from 1 ⭐️. I have spoken to Jeremy in Somerset today. He has arranged for the car to be repaired in Russell Springs much quicker and closer to my home. A rental car was provided to me today also. I am satisfied with resolution and will be receiving my car back in by next week. Thank you so much 😊 for making it right!!”
