I purchased this from out of state and purchased without even looking at the truck in person as Casey provided any photos/video I needed. Would recommend this dealer, and Casey, if you are looking for any vehicle no matter where you are located.”

“My experience buying a car from Sam Harvey at Wade Ford was excellent. I never felt overly pressured to make a decision, my financial budget was respected, and I got exactly what I was looking for. I was upfront about my goals and Sam delivered.
I originally came in late on a Monday evening around 7:30 to test drive a used vehicle. Knowing they were closing soon, I didn’t want to keep her late — but Sam made my wife and I feel like there was real value in that short interaction. She stayed about an hour after close to make sure we had a positive experience. She made us feel like our time and business actually mattered when others might’ve blown us off completely.
I found a better deal and a better fit by Wednesday. We came back Thursday to test drive and left with EXACTLY what I had spent hours researching. If you’re car shopping, don’t hesitate to ask for Sam. I’ve been in sales for a long time, and not once did I feel like her motive was to finesse my wife and I into an irresponsible financial decision. She was patient, professional, and genuinely focused on getting us the right car — not just a sale”

“Dee Hines is wonderful to deal with. I cant talk on the phone at work so we did this through email. He answered promptly and all the questions even the annoying ones, patiently. ***An edit. I blame myself for not looking over the vehicle over with a magnifying glass. It is damaged . Driver door doesn't close flush, a nice gap, a dent that the paint masked drivers front. CarFax said no accident, but apparently there was. Said there were fog lamps, no fog lamps. Please take the time and really I mean really look over any used vehicle. The Soul drives very well, but I am disappointed with the lack of transparency on cosmetic condition. The door not sealing is concerning****
**Mr. Friddell I have emailed you with no response. Is Lithia.net a valid email or just something used on Google to show a response? The Door we have figured out was bowed by a Slim Jim, or some other device used to unlock the vehicle. It remains a concern, but yeah I get your response...As Is...***”
