Brought in for a recall and they did an inspection, minor door adjustment, sent me a video, highly communicative all for free AND SHUTTLE SERVICE! 11/10 would recommend again. “Albert and Josh were perfect in every step of the purchase! I had submitted an inquiry online about a pre-owned, hard-to-find v90 R-design before they even had a chance to detail it and take pictures!
Understanding that I was coming from over 80mi away, Al was kind enough to take a deposit to ensure the car would not be sold before the following weekend, the earliest I could make it up for a test drive. Finally, he went the extra mile in sending me all service records I requested in detail, sending me videos and pics of the car before I made the initial trip, and responding to my outreach in a timely manner.
Josh in finance was professional with every step of the purchase, especially showing patience when my bank decided to hold funds for an outside deposit. He also went the extra mile in replacing a missing cargo cover at no cost. Finally, Josh responded to all my requests for records promptly and showed patience aha care with all my requests.
I plan on returning in the next few months for another purchase in 2026 and hope to deal with the same team!”
