“I love Megan. She does such a great job. She got my car washed. She answered all the questions but I feel like your service department mechanics your last time you were supposed to top off my Df for my diesel fuel and that didn’t happen plus last time they didn’t do my windshield wipers fluid. I actually brought that to make us attention and she wrote it right in front of me for them to follow up on and then this morning I get in the car I go to use my windshield wipers and no windshield wiper fluid so it makes me wondered if they did the other fluids if they’re all at their right levels. Like I said Meagan the rep is awesome. She did an awesome job. She makes me feel welcome she addresses all my concerns. But only later to find out that to me the mechanic dropping the ball and that would be enough for me not to bring my car back there, even though I enjoy and respect Meagan I drive a lot in my truck. I actually work out of my truck and not to be able to have my windshield wiper fluid when there’s dust on my windshield when I paid you almost $400 for my service it’s unacceptable.”
