“I had a very disappointing experience purchasing my 2026 GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate from Elijah Rodriguez & Dennis Marazzito at Alexander GMC of Simi Valley. I found pricing discrepancies that raised serious concerns. I was charged $2,495 for “Cash Price Accessories.” While I did receive the truck bed cover that was discussed during the sale, it was being included as part of the financing agreement—not as an additional accessory charge. The paperwork also left me confused about the pricing of the ResistAll protection package, as different documents show different amounts. The most disappointing part has been the lack of customer service after the sale. I emailed the dealership asking for an explanation of the charges and the discrepancies in my paperwork, and I have yet to receive any response. It’s frustrating because I have no doubt that if I had emailed about buying another vehicle, someone would have responded almost immediately. Buying a vehicle is a major financial decision, and customers deserve transparency, clear explanations, and follow-up when they have legitimate concerns. I hope the dealership takes my concerns seriously and reaches out to resolve this matter.”
