“I only came in to have a tire checked that kept going low everyday but instead an hour in they still had not even pulled my car in I sat for another thirty minutes realizing it was lunch time for them I was there at 9:50 am my appointment was for 10:30 am and I had to go get them to bring my car back around so I could go that was at 12:30 pm i went to another dealer because that took to long with no communication just for it to be a nail in my tire. I only needed a plug. I will not return i will continue to use another dealership and drive out of my way for better services”

“My experience with the GMC service department in Shreveport was extremely disappointing, and this will be my last time using them. This was not my first issue with this location, and unfortunately this visit only confirmed my decision not to return.
I brought my vehicle in for a specific repair and clearly explained what was wrong. At no point did I request an oil change, yet the advisor took it upon himself to have one done anyway and then attempted to charge me $165 for a service I did not authorize. That is completely unacceptable. Whether my vehicle needed an oil change is beside the point. No work should be performed without the customer’s knowledge and approval. The only reason it was eventually comped is because I refused to pay for something I never asked for in the first place.
On top of that, communication throughout the process was poor. I had to repeatedly reach out myself just to get updates on my vehicle, instead of being kept informed as I should have been. Customers should not have to chase down service advisors for basic communication.
I also have to be honest and say that based on my experiences here, I do not feel that women are treated with the level of respect they deserve. You can say all the right things, but actions tell the real story, and the actions I experienced were dismissive, presumptuous, and unprofessional.
The manager was pleasant when I spoke with him, and I will give credit for that. However, one pleasant interaction does not undo an overall bad experience.
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from GMC in Shreveport, but after this experience, I will not be returning to this service department. In fact, when it is time for me to upgrade, I will very seriously consider taking my business elsewhere altogether, possibly even to another brand. Customer service matters, respect matters, and authorization matters. This dealership failed on all three.”

“We had an outstanding car‑buying experience at Morgan Buick GMC in Shreveport, LA. Gleen Scruggs was the most efficient and easy‑to‑work‑with car salesman I’ve ever met—extremely helpful with excellent communication throughout the process. We purchased a new GMC Terrain Denali, and everything from start to finish was smooth and stress‑free. The finance process was quick, and we were out the door in no time (Thanks, Jay!). Highly recommend!”

“I was in the market for a GMC Yukon and literally searched for 2 months before I stumbled upon Morgan GMC. I live in Texas so the purchase was going to happen via internet. I submitted in an inquiry through their website and was immediately contacted by Kittrell White. He gave me all of the vehicle’s details over the phone and was so incredibly professional and genuinely kind, which was very refreshing!
The vehicle I was looking at was priced lower than anywhere I had found in my two month search. I couldn’t believe the value I was getting from Morgan GMC. The purchase was super easy and needless to say, I am incredibly happy with Morgan GMC and especially Kittrell.”

“I brought my new truck in for an oil change and to check for a water leak on 05/12/25 at 10:30 AM. The next day, I received a call at 5:17 PM from my service advisor informing me that my truck had been damaged while in their possession and would require body work at a collision center. I was told it wasn’t covered under warranty and that I’d have to pay out of pocket.
I contacted management by email to express my concerns. I also posted in a Facebook group to get feedback from others, and in response, the service manager from this dealership left a sarcastic comment, claiming the damage was somehow my fault. Extremely unprofessional.
They eventually agreed to repair the truck, which ended up going to two different body shops. Not once did they reach out with an update—I had to initiate every single call myself to find out what was going on. After being without a vehicle for well over an entire month, I went up there on 06/18/25 to retrieve my truck. At that time, they told me a trim piece was missing but had been reordered. It’s now been about three more weeks with no follow-up and no part.
You would think a good dealership would cover the oil change as a courtesy after damaging a vehicle and leaving me without transportation for a month. No rental, no loaner, no compensation—just silence. And to make matters worse, not a single general manager stepped in or offered any assistance throughout the entire ordeal.
I would not recommend their service department. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service speaks volumes.”
