I purchased the first newer truck I have ever owned from Jennifer at Holmes Honda! Let me tell you….. Jennifer definitely looks out for her customers! She makes you feel at home while you are there and makes the experience very comfortable! If you have any issues at all with the vehicle she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right and you are happy! Thank you Jennifer!

I came to Holmes Honda in Shreveport, unsure if the Ridgeline was for me. Jennifer greeted me with the biggest smile & made me feel very welcome, and spent half the day making sure I knew everything about the Honda Ridgeline and that I couldn’t live without it. She showed me several ways how the Ridgeline would make my daily life so much easier, going from my GMC Sierra to the Honda Ridgeline. She made it the easiest purchase I’ve ever made! She took her time, made sure I knew every feature before leaving the store, and connected my phone and HondaLink for me so I could schedule service appointments from my phone. I will be sending everyone interested in a Honda or pre-owned straight to her. She cares so much for her customers, and it shows. Good job, Honda.

had a great experience working with Samuel Clark at Holmes Honda. He sold me a car for my son, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Samuel was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He respected my time, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. If you’re looking for someone who is straightforward, dependable, and gets the job done without hassle, I highly recommend asking for Samuel. Outstanding service all around.

After being strictly Mazda all of my adult life, I am proud to have become a new member of the Honda family! My salesman, Gavin Burkard, provided the absolute best service that one could ask for! He was a “no pressure “ salesman which I can truly say was greatly appreciated. He gave me the time and space that I needed to do my own personal and thorough research about the potential Honda Accord SE that I was interested in. He was very responsive to answer all my questions whether it was via phone or text. He even brought the car to my job so I could see the car up close and personal! Having provided me with such awesome customer service, I knew firsthand that I was going to purchase the Honda Accord SE from Gavin Burkard right after the Christmas holiday. I did, indeed, make the purchase on Monday, December 29, 2025, and I must say, I am a very satisfied customer! The entire staff of Holmes Honda was incredible to work with. Nothing beats a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a business where the employees are service-oriented, friendly, engaging, and professional. What impressed me is that everyone I came in contact with at the dealership had a pleasant smile on their face! That means a lot! Being a stickler for good customer service, I took note on the vibes I received from the entire staff. I must say, Holmes Honda has an amazing team! I’m grateful to have made the switch from Mazda to Honda, and have absolutely no regrets! My experience at Homes Honda was nothing short of perfect. Every employee I had the opportunity to speak with was kind, informative, and helpful. Not once did I feel pressured or patronized. I am particularly amazed at the customer service Carlos provided me. We made the deal I was looking for with no hassle whatsoever- a deal I was very fortunate and blessed to be offered! I left the dealership with a renewed sense of respect for car dealers. My spouse and I drove in from out of state to Holmes Honda Shreveport because we had the exact opposite experience with the dealership 10 miles from our home. We will continue to make that trip to work with Holmes Honda in the future, because the experience is worth that time and gas mileage. I’m in love with my car, and I have a new outlook on the car buying process all thanks to Carlos!
