“Purchased in JAN 26. Terrible experience from start to finish! Issues from the minute I got it home. Notified them right away and was avoided and lied to from that point on. Just wish people still had some integrity and will be sure to let folks know you all do not. Crazy that a dealership can make that much money and not fix a simple problem for someone who walks in and writes a check. Also, be aware they have $1200 doc/admin fee, which is pure profit and added to or tied into purchase, which would have easily been enough to fix my issue. I am attaching pics of seal and filter leaks and the email conversation that I had with a mgr, who said he would bring it to the boss's attention and let me know. Still waiting and have reached out since. Will also be contacting BBB, FTC, and my elected officials. One thing that wasn't a lie is when they say "AS IS" they mean once you write the check, you are irrelevant and if the vehicle blows up in the parking lot it's on you! BUYER BEWARE!”
