I 90 Nissan

“I went to Nissan for my brakes to be replaced after I had saved up some money since I know brakes can be quite expensive. It was my first time coming to this particular location since moving to Ohio. I had called before hand to get an estimate on the price and talked with Norma and she was very helpful (unlike the Nissan at the North Olmstead location) and she really put my trust back into the company. She put together a full inspection for me as I wasn't sure what else was wrong with the car and I was just really nervous overall but she was super sweet and to the point even answering questions about services that were recommended but couldn't be done that day. Definitely will be coming back in the future.”

“Nothing but problems with the vehicle we bought from there and they say they don’t have a fix. Today we picked it up from having the driver side mirror replaced. Well the mirror is still vibrating like crazy/defective and now has paint gauges! Had oil change and tire rotation done prior to this. The computer in the car was not reset afree either of those services and the tire valve caps weren’t put back on tires. Unacceptable!”
