Nathan stayed with me the entire time, remained patient, and continued to help adjust the price to my liking!”

“This family run dealership is a complete mess from top to bottom. They cannot keep appointments, cannot communicate, and clearly do not value anyone’s time but their own. I scheduled an appointment well in advance, confirmed it, and then drove three hours out of my way, only for them to call and cancel at the last minute. Three hours of driving wasted because they couldn’t be bothered to manage their own schedule. Communication is awful. Calls go unanswered, information changes depending on who you talk to, and there is zero follow through. No one seems to be on the same page, and accountability is nonexistent. The “family run” aspect feels less like a strength and more like unchecked nepotism, where professionalism and competence take a back seat. On top of that, they were completely incapable of installing a simple car part. What should have been a straightforward service turned into confusion, excuses, and ultimately no resolution at all. To make matters worse, they’ve closed early on days when appointments were already scheduled without notice leaving customers stranded and frustrated. This dealership wasted my time, my gas, and my patience. If you value reliability, basic communication, or being treated with even a minimum level of respect, do yourself a favor and take your business literally anywhere else.”
