“As you look through these reviews I hope you see this one and read to the end. Make your own judgement call. Give them a chance and I pray you won't regret it. We purchased my Traverse from here in August 2025 and I couldnt be more pleased with the service we received. We show up and ask for Cody, our salesman. They took us right in and he greeted us, then asked if we wanted to test drive it, handed us keys and off we were. We came back started paperwork and were out in 2 hours. Cody already had everything set up and ready when we got there so there was no wait on that. Then a week or 2 later we went back to get our 2nd keyfob and had a fabulous experience with service. I had my oil change done there a few months back and had just as good experience as I did the first time we walked in. They suggested all wipers be changed and didn't push for me to have them do it that day. I am very pleased with the overall customer service we receive everytime we are there. We drive from out of town to keep our business with them and that says alot in itself. Thank you Volunteer Chevrolet for your kind and inviting atmosphere!”

“Volunteer Chevrolet has the most amazing staff and I want to recognize their efforts in helping my wife and I on our recent visit to Pigeon Forge. Around 7 a.m. on Wednesday 21st, my wife and I were on our way back home to Virginia Beach, VA from Pigeon Forge when I noticed my right rear tire was low on our 2014 Chevy SS Sedan. Upon inspection I found a screw in the tread. Not being from Sevierville I did not know of any tire dealerships. So, I did the next best thing, I looked up the nearest Chevrolet dealership. That was my best decision of the day. When you Volunteer Chevrolet opened at 8 a.m. Nick Barnard, (Service Advisor), told me he could take care of us and get us back on our way to Virginia. In less than an hour we were back in our car headed to Virginia. Nick and the technicians are value added to the Volunteer Chevrolet organization and need to be recognized for their efforts. I just want to thank Nick and the technicians that worked on our car for really stepping up in our time of need.”

“The little things add up. Almost every single chair had some kind of flaking going on in the lobby area and the waiting area, I did not look in the offices. Every single lounge style chair in the waiting area looked pretty bad and left flakes on your clothes. Some worse than my pictures some better but almost all flaking. I was almost going to forgive this if the price of my oil change was on the lower end, but it wasn't. Definitely seemed on the higher end of pricing, nothing outrageous though. They also had a leak in the roof/ceiling that I'm guessing has been a problem for a while given the tile is about to fall out, this was in the main lobby. Coffee tasted very burned, I'm not sure if they can adjust the brew temp but I would definitely check it/test it because I believe it's too high. I waited an hour and 15 minutes from the time my service appointment started, I did arrive 10 minutes prior to that, but considering it was just an oil change, wipers, and cabin filter an hour and 15min is definitely on the longer side. Staff was very friendly and seemed in a good mood and they had some nice cars to look at displayed inside and outside.”
