“When going to Northpointe I had no real expectations of being able to get out of the truck we had and into one with an extra seat allowing us to have room for our next baby who is joining us soon. My friend Anna bought a really nice GMC Terrain from them and she has never had any issues when needing to take her SUV in for maintenance. We got denied by ACrivelli an hour prior to meeting Matt. We looked online at trucks that we were interested in seeing and Matt Bowen walked out to our truck in the horribly cold wind as snow is coming down, with nothing but a smile and reassurance that when we’re ready to look at my list of possibilities he would be there. We went in knowing we just got told we’re getting next to nothing for our truck because it’s “old” from a dealership that I bought the truck from..
