“I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership today.
I was already finalizing a deal with another dealership for a Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy with zero down and zero APR financing when this dealership contacted me and insisted they could match or beat the deal. I clearly explained the exact terms I was offered and specifically told them not to waste my time if they could not honor something similar.
I was repeatedly reassured over the phone by the salesperson and management that they could make it happen, so I drove out to the dealership.
When I arrived, the vehicle presented was not exactly what we discussed, and suddenly the conversation changed. I was told they needed to run my credit before even discussing realistic numbers, despite the fact that they had already verbally promised they could do the deal. The communication became unprofessional and disrespectful, including comments implying they did not trust me regarding my own credit score.
After driving all the way there based on their promises, the experience felt misleading and disrespectful of my time as a business owner and customer.
What makes this more frustrating is that after I left, the dealership began calling me apologizing and saying they actually could still make the deal happen. That tells me the situation could have been handled honestly and professionally from the beginning.
We have also communicated directly with the General Manager regarding everything that happened, and management is fully aware of the entire situation and the concerns raised during this experience.
I believe customers deserve transparent communication, respect, and honesty before being asked to drive to a dealership and spend hours negotiating.
At this point, I am waiting to see how the dealership handles the situation and whether they will honor the deal that was discussed. If they truly make things right, communicate professionally, and follow through on what was promised, I will gladly update this review and change it to a 5-star experience.”

“Service department Horrible people. Just lied out there teeth. Dont ask for supervisor hes just as bad. Went to get car engine replacement. Did everything they could try to stop me. Took 7 months of back and forth with them and corporate. Didnt do what they were supposed to. Tried to charge me $600 when they didnt do anything they could charge me for. Not exaggerating they literally did nothing with the car but said since i had ok the amount so tried to automatically charge me amount i said was ok. Took weeks of fighting, refusing to pay, and saying would review charges with corporate finally didn't have to pay. But they tried real hard to make me. So make sure get detailed explanation before you pay anything.”

“Title: Beware of Unapproved Add-Ons and Hidden Fees — Know Your Rights in California
I recently visited this dealership and was shocked to find that they had added extra options and fees to the vehicle price — without my approval or consent. When I questioned it, I was told that the “options were already installed” and could not be removed.
This practice is not legal under California law. According to California Vehicle Code §11713.19, a dealer may not add any accessory, product, or service to the price of a vehicle without the buyer’s prior written consent. The California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code §1750 et seq.) and the Unfair Competition Law (Business & Professions Code §17200) also prohibit deceptive and unfair business practices like this.
In addition, the new California CARS Act (AB 2311 and AB 516) and the FTC Motor Vehicle Dealers Trade Regulation Rule (2024) clearly state that car dealers must fully disclose all add-ons and cannot charge for any service or product that was not explicitly authorized by the consumer.
Unfortunately, many customers are unaware of these laws, and some dealership employees take advantage of that ignorance — adding so-called “dealer-installed options” or “protection packages” and telling people they’re mandatory. This is a deceptive and unfair practice that leaves honest buyers overpaying for things they never agreed to.
I strongly urge anyone buying a car in California to demand an itemized purchase order, carefully review every charge, and refuse to sign anything that includes unapproved add-ons. If a dealer insists, report it to the California DMV Investigations Division, the California Attorney General, and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Also, please be aware that the vehicle currently has a “Pack Replacement Routine Not Complete – GTW/BMS Mismatch” issue, which means the synchronization between the GTW and BMS hasn’t been finalized by Tesla.
Selling the car in this condition could create problems for the next owner, so I hope this gets properly resolved with Tesla before it’s delivered.
Jorge Leyva was amazing, he was very supportive and helpful. It's a shame that such talented salespeople have such poor management, to put it mildly.
I truly hope this dealership reviews its policies and stops misleading customers. Transparency and honesty should be the foundation of any business — especially in the auto industry.”
