“Wanted to commend the parts department. I did an online order for a Highlander part. Entire process was simple, straightforward, and their pricing beat all competitors. I ended up not needing the part (which I figured out shortly after placing the order). The part arrived quickly. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to return the part - they provided RMA number as well as shipping label, greatly simplifying the process. Once they received the returned part, they instantly credited my account for the purchase price. If I need parts in the future, will definitely look to Aubrey Alexander Toyota again.”

“Had a really great experience dealing with Chris Amato. He spent at least 2 hours going over details of cars with me and a test drive with me. He was very thorough and helped go through all details searching for the car I wanted. Anyone looking for a car I would recommend going straight to Chris Amato! Great person to deal with.”

“Rudest customer care people. Specially jake Reply to ur response was not allowed this editing my original comment Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify several important points, as your statement does not accurately reflect my experience. From the beginning, I was fully committed to purchasing the vehicle and made multiple efforts to move forward in good faith. I was transparent about my situation, including the fact that the vehicle was under my wife’s name and that we have a newborn, which made long-distance travel difficult. Initially, I was told that a notarized document would be sufficient. I agreed to that without hesitation. However, the following day, the requirement was suddenly changed, and I was told my wife must be physically present. Despite this inconvenience, I remained willing to proceed. To further demonstrate my seriousness, I even sold my vehicle privately and informed your team that I was ready to complete the purchase with cash. At that point, instead of working toward a solution, I was met with unprofessional behavior, including being spoken to in a raised tone and ultimately being told that you did not want to do business with me. I made multiple additional attempts to move forward, but I was ignored, and your staff later confirmed that you had decided not to proceed with me as a customer. This was not a case of “changing terms” or requesting unreasonable concessions. This was a situation where I showed flexibility and commitment, while the dealership changed requirements and then refused service altogether. I believe customers deserve consistency, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I wish your business the best, but I stand by my original review.”

“⸻ I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, which was a dream vehicle for me, and I was genuinely excited going into the process. Initially, Jake did not play games and presented the numbers clearly, which I appreciated. However, the experience changed significantly toward the end. I had a preference for the banks I wanted to use for financing, and I believe that created tension. I even called the day before to put money down over the phone, and during that call Jake was extremely rude. When I arrived the next day to pick up the truck, I was accompanied by my 5-year-old son. Jake greeted us with no customer service—no conversation, no courtesy, and no acknowledgment of my child (not even asking if he needed to use the restroom). I was told to sit down, sign paperwork, and essentially be rushed out the door. I was told I would receive an extra key, which I am still owed. I also noticed a $500 gift card in Jake’s envelope, which I believe was intended for me but was never provided. I politely asked if, instead, an extra key or even a bed cover could be included as a courtesy gesture. The request was immediately dismissed with “no, we already signed paperwork,” and I was sent out the door. I wasn’t even offered a bottle of water for myself or my son. I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews. I’ve been in sales for 13 years in the electrical industry, and I strongly believe service and relationships are what build long-term success. I also understand people can have bad days. I even lowered myself to apologize to Jake afterward for any confusion or inconvenience I may have caused. That said, buying a vehicle—especially one that means a lot to someone—should feel positive and respectful. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that”

“Typical car dealer ,tried to get our Ram for almost six thousand under KBB trade in value. Told them we were leaving called and texted us two times before I got five miles away and told us they would give us two thousand more then they offered us 10 minutes earlier. Told them they were all heart, they were still almost four thousand dollars under KBB trade in value. So they lost the sale.I bought my new used ram truck yesterday from a car lot. And that means I didn't have to pay the ridiculous five hundred dollar paperwork fee either. Like all dealerships think they deserve now.”
