“We purchased a new Toyota 4Runner from McCarthy Toyota of Sedalia and are happy with the vehicle itself. The buying experience had some frustrating issues with pricing transparency. We were given an initial quote, wired the full amount, and only after signing the paperwork realized taxes were not included. We had to point this out ourselves. The next day we discovered the dealership’s advertised website price was lower than what we were originally quoted, and we had to call again to get it corrected. They eventually adjusted the final price and issued a refund for the difference, but no one ever acknowledged the errors or apologized. Our salesman Nick (Nicolas Anders) was professional and easy to work with. Brian Haller and Bryden Ballard were also polite, but the overall process felt more like typical sales pressure than strong customer service. We had to catch and correct the pricing issues ourselves instead of getting full transparency from the start. In the end they did make it right, and we’re satisfied with the 4Runner. **Just be very careful reviewing all the numbers if you buy here!”
