“Overall great experience getting my beetle serviced here. Summer was the one who checked me in for my 120,000 mile service and she was great. I got updated via text with videos from the mechanic servicing my vehicle while they were looking it over, and an itemized list of service recommendations when they found anything outside the regular service that needed addressing. Also was provided a very nice brand new Volkswagen as a rental when I opted into these additional repairs and had to leave my car there for a few days.
