“I had a very disappointing experience with Russell. My original salesperson was Nick, who was helpful. However, when Russell took over the conversation, his attitude completely changed the experience. I was simply trying to place a refundable deposit on an incoming vehicle. When I asked reasonable questions about the refund policy and whether there was any written agreement, Russell became defensive and repeatedly pressured me to promise that I would definitely buy that exact car. He even questioned my honesty and said they only wanted “loyal customers.” And he didn’t want me to even place the deposit. Throughout the conversation, he constantly interrupted me, was rude, and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. I eventually had to ask to speak with the manager David, who handled the situation professionally and allowed me to place the deposit without any issues. Buying a car should never involve being judged or pressured like this. Russell’s emotional, unprofessional, and customer-unfriendly behavior was unacceptable. If he does not want customers, I don’t think he is qualified to be a salesperson. Thankfully, the manager resolved the situation, but this experience left a very negative impression.”

“Kelli was our salesperson and she was great to work with. Paid a very fair price for the used Cooperwe bought yesterday. No hassle at all, almost as easy as Carmax. Would highly recommend going with Kelli. The only con is lack of parking, go behind the building to park.”

“Seattle Mini, especially but not limited to Salesman Nick hit a grand slam on my used Audi purchase! I saw their ad on Facebook Marketplace, and called to say I’m very interested in this car. A one owner well maintained beautiful sedan, and priced very fairly. I live in Yakima,and was afraid of losing out to others buying due to 3 hr. drive time. Nick understood, checked with Mgmt. and said he’d hold the car till I arrived (which was 10 minutes before closing!). The car was beautifully detailed, and one of the nicest used cars ever!
