“Avoid This Dealership Unless You need a particular car from them. Positive reviews here are questionable. I had a highly disappointing experience with Carter Subaru Ballard. From start to finish, the customer service was marked by an exhausting level of rudeness, arrogance, and complete indifference from the staff. The dismissive attitude started the moment they showed me the vehicle, carried heavily through the price negotiations, and lasted all the way until the actual delivery of the car. Both the sales representative and the store manager were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and combative throughout the entire process. Because this dealership moves a high volume of inventory and sells many cars a day, they treat you like a number rather than a human being. They act as if you have an obligation to buy from them, completely flipping the script on what a respectful customer-dealer relationship should look like. The poor service did not stop once they had my money. I had to personally follow up with them multiple times just to get a simple, routine VIN registration and ownership transfer processed so I could access my vehicle's digital services. If it isn't an immediate sale, they simply do not care about helping you. Till now the registration is not complete. Buying a vehicle should be an exciting milestone, but the staff here entirely ruined the experience. Unless you need that specific vehicle and have no other options, do yourself a favor and avoid Carter Ballard. Take your hard-earned money to a dealership that actually values its customers.”
