“We had a really great experience here! I had my heart set on a Toyota RAV4 and I saw online that Chapman VW had a used one, so we drove down there from Surprise to check it out. Lester is who we worked with and he was awesome. We checked out a few cars and ended up leaving with a different used car. The man who went through financing with us was also great, I believe his name is Brian. The entire process of looking and buying only took about 2 hours. About a week after leaving with the car, the tire pressure sensor light came on. I reached out to Mike in the service department and he didn’t give me any trouble about it, he told me I could bring it in anytime and they’d take care of it. We worked with Ty directly in the service department when we arrived and he was great too. They took care of the issue and I think they may have also washed my car because she looked extra good when I went to pick her up, so that was a very nice touch if so. I will definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a car to come here and work with these guys.”
