“I was impressed with service and attention to my requests. From the salesman (Dylan) to the Finance team and Sales Manager (Steve) were all nice and attentive to my time and what I was looking for. I would buy from them again. Highly recommend this Ram dealership!”

“I dropped off my Jeep Cherokee January 19th to Peoria Ford to be inspected since I noticed oil in the coolant reservoir. This is where I purchased the vehicle so I thought this would be the easiest course of action. Peoria Ford ended up taking my car to their sister store Airpark to be further inspected. I checked in with my service advisor at Peoria Ford later that week and there was still no word on my vehicle. We didn't get an official diagnosis till Wednesday the 28th where I was told no it wouldn't be covered under warranty and it was going to cost me $7,800. We asked to see an itemized bill of everything that added up to that amount and were sent a link that just had a blanket amount and no itemized bill to see what exactly was going to be done. After talking to our regular mechanic for repairs, they quoted us a much better price. We asked for the car to be taken back and they said we'll give Peoria Ford a call and let you know. We heard nothing for the rest of the day and when we called again we were given an oh yeah they were busy and we'll try again. The next day we called Airpark and Sean, the advisor handling the car there, and nobody answered us. We finally called our advisor at Peoria Ford and he immediately was able to help and get the car back. The lack of communication we experienced through Airpark was absolutely horrendous and the price they quoted us was insane for the repairs that supposedly needed to be done. The mileage on the car was more than when I dropped it off as well so even though I was told that the damage was extensive and it shouldn't be driven it seems like it might have been driven to Scottsdale and back. Plus I still had to pay $195 for labor for having the car diagnosed even though it spent over a week there, from Tuesday the 21st to the 30th and my car is just now in the shop actually getting fixed. It's extremely frustrating to go that long for just a diagnosis when I could have had it done quicker if I'd gone to my normal mechanic. Plus I picked it up and it was extremely filthy bird poop all over the hood. Do not recommend taking your car here for service due to major lack of communication to clients and how long it actually takes them to just look at your car.”

“My husband and I just recently had a baby in September. We were looking for a safer secondary car as my husband had an older 2014 Jeep patriot (that we purchased from Airpark years ago) that I felt we needed to upgrade. Since we just had the baby, we were looking at cars but unable to go to the dealership as, anyone with a new baby will tell you, it’s a lot of work to leave the house! Since we’ve purchased cars through Airpark in the past, we knew that’s where we wanted to look for our next buy. We were able to find an amazing 2021 Nissan Rogue with low miles and in great condition (from what we could see) online. When showing interest in the car, the sales person, Ryan Budrewicz, went out of his way to bring the Nissan to us to test drive. It was amazing how he was willing to go above and beyond for us to accommodate our needs. We fell in love with the car and Airpark worked with us so we could do all the paperwork online. It was such a quick and easy process. In fact, it was so efficient, Ryan even delivered the car to us that night! I was so impressed with their dedication to helping us get a wonderful new (to us!) car that I feel safe having my baby in. This is our third time buying a car from Airpark and I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for their next vehicle.”

“So if this review was just about the sales woman Nicole, it would have gotten 5 stars straight up. If you’re looking to buy a truck, I would def check her outs she was amazing, informative, understanding, and great to work with. Unfortunately the experiences the overall dealership was super below what I expected and wanted. I came in to look at a blue ford f150 they had on the lot. After spending 10 min looking at it, it was amazing… but looking under the truck, it had an oil leak, and every part of the suspension was completely rusted. After talking to the manager I came up with the idea if they changed out the suspension, added a lift kit and shocks, fix the oil leak, and made sure the extended warranty would cover any rusted parts for future problems I would do it.
He agreed to it, but added it would be a leveling kit. I added I wanted a the shocks and he was hesitant. I do not understand how they would ever sell this vehicle here with all that rust. He said “someone won’t look under there”. Like bro. I asked him if I can write down every part of that suspension that is completely rusted. He said no, just doing the leveling kit not any other parts. So he started back peddling on parts. The shocks was a huge no to him, because he said they are a bit rusted, but after they crank them to take them off to put the blocks on…. The rust would come off. Clearly, someone doesn’t know what rust does to car parts, like bro the whole thing will break apart. And it was bad enough where I can peel rust off with my fingers. Then was the issue of the arm rest. It was literally nasty as hell, and they put a skrim cover on instead of cleaning it. At this point it got to be too many questions and red flags we left. I wish Nicole had a truck I would have purchased From her, but seriously how pushy and sleezy management is. No wonder people hate buying cars anymore. Attached are pictures of the rusted parts, most he said he would not change out and was trying to convince me to work on it because it would save him money because he wouldn’t have to pay the shop.
The final kicker was he said. You’re buying a used car, it’s not gonna be perfect….. bruh for real. We know cars have issues but a 2020 with 70k miles shouldn’t have all these problems. Especially after being “inspected” by yall.
As we were leaving we heard him kinda chewing the sales rep Nicole out. Dude let us leave, and she was not at fault for any of it. It was all him, he didn’t have any reason to blame her for any of it.
Hope yall look under trucks for rust and on top for Hail damage….
Cause clearly they are hoping you don’t.”

“I recently purchased from Airpark Dodge, and I have to say the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, George took great care of me. He was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, his follow-up was excellent.
George made sure all of my questions were answered, kept me updated every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service these days, but George truly stands out.
If you’re looking for a smooth and stress-free car buying experience, I highly recommend asking for George at Airpark Dodge. You won’t be disappointed!”
