“I originally planned to rate Gillman Subaru 3 stars. However, due to their recent behavior, I feel they now deserve 1 star.
After deciding not to move forward with them, I requested the original paperwork that I personally filled out. I made it clear that they are welcome to keep copies for their records — I am only asking for my original documents back. Unfortunately, they have refused to return them and have been unreasonable in handling this matter.
I also informed them that I would leave an honest review based on my experience. In response, I was threatened with negative reviews on my two businesses — even though they have never used my services. That would not be a genuine customer experience, but rather retaliation because I was dissatisfied with theirs.
As a customer, I believe I have the right to share my honest experience. I hope they reconsider their approach and handle situations like this more professionally in the future.”

“What a Valentine's Day I had this year. I spent all of December and January searching for my very first car, which resulted in a few new grey hairs. I had a bad outlook on dealerships as a whole - I was never really listened to, pushed towards vehicles I didn't want, plagued with calls and emails when I didn't want to make a deal, prospects sold prior to appointments with no notice. My partner suggested the idea of a Valentine's Day car shopping date, and at first I was filled with anxiety and a little bit of dread, and didn't have my hopes high at all. I threw a few dealerships and car ideas out and his first suggestion was Gillman Subaru. Slay. We went out there and were taken care of by Kyle, who through this whole process made me feel heard, who didn't pressure me into a car I didn't want, who took all of my wants from price to features as seriously as I did. We had our eyes set on a cute little Kia Sportage, and I fell in love at first test drive. The process of paperwork, financing, and signing was all so seamless and I enjoyed every single moment of this experience. I really appreciate both Kyle and Adam for making this a truly wonderful core memory for me and my partner. If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned, this is the first place I'd tell you to look.”

“My experience at Gilman was amazing thanks to Storm and the Gillman team. My vehicle was recently totaled and I was in a rush to find something new. Storm was extremely helpful in getting me exactly what I was looking for. His communication and professionalism exceeded my expectations, and I got a great deal on a certified pre-owned (100k warranty is unheard of these days!) I will be sending my friends who are looking for a vehicle to Storm every time!”

““Fabiola in Sales and Daniel in Finance were outstanding. Their service alone is enough for me to recommend this dealership to everyone I know. The entire process was quick, easy, and smooth, and I never once felt taken advantage of.”
Update: After the car was dropped off, I noticed there was a small crack in the windshield. I was told to bring the car in an someone would fix the crack. Well we took the car up there two times and the third time the gentleman told us that crack had already been sealed and there’s nothing else that he could do but it shouldn’t spread OK I said well. We also noticed that the massager on the driver side doesn’t work. I spoke to FABIOLA about the issue and she told me that I had to find someone at a Cadillac dealership to fix it because Subaru doesn’t fix it because they don’t care the parts. My response was this had to been broken beforehand and I wasn’t told about it. I asked why offer a warranty if you can work on the vehicle? ( we purchased bumper to bumper) I was told that I had to find I had to find a Cadillac dealership take it in and have them fix it but before we reach 36,000 miles. My original post was an honest post, but I’m starting to agree with Josh Frank I believe that’s his name and the review section where he said on the initial sale everything is great, but after the closing of the deal , it’s almost impossible to get anyone to help you or to serve issue. It’s been little over two weeks and I still haven’t seen my tags. I’ve been trying to call and I’m always getting directed to someone’s voicemail and no one has ever called me back so I would recommend before closing the deal. Make sure you have everything taken care of with you vehicle because they are only helpful until they get what they want out of you and then after that they just throw you out to the wolfs, my opinion. And the number that’s left by David Amaya on every post is not is direct line.”
