“Purchase a 60k mile X3 over the weekend from Jeremey, he was great! That’s where the good ends ! Took it in for regular service Monday morning after driving home to Indianapolis and the car needs an Oil Pan Gasket, Oil Cooler and Front Struts not to mention the Brake Fluid had a moisture content over 3% Spoke to the General Manager who was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me multiple times while I was trying to reach a peaceful resolution. If you value your time, sanity, and money shop elsewhere. It’s a shame a guy as nice as Jeremey works for such a sour General Manager”
