“Can’t recommend this dealership enough. The atmosphere is very relaxed and we felt zero pressure while making the decision to buy a used Mazda 5. Ask for Jay Alvarez if you go. He’s a pleasure to work with, really warm, friendly and put me at ease through the whole process. Love the car we got for my son to drive and for camping trips. “10/10 experience. I can’t recommend Ivan enough! He made the whole process feel effortless. We got there maybe less than an hour before closing, and he stayed with us the entire time. Even after the designated closing. We were never once rushed or pressured into making any decisions.
What really stood out was his transparency and patience. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, gave great advice, and made us feel confident in our purchase. It’s rare to meet a salesperson who genuinely cares about helping you rather than just making a sale.

“I recently purchased a Mazda3 from Rigo at Mazda Schaumburg, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and Rigo made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free.
Before coming to Mazda Schaumburg, I had visited a few other Mazda dealerships, and none of them provided the same energy or level of care. In some places, I even felt discouraged from getting a car. With Rigo, it was the complete opposite — he made me feel confident, supported, and genuinely valued as a customer.
I was torn between a 2026 and a 2025 Mazda3, and while the numbers made more sense on the 2025, there weren’t many available in the area. Rigo immediately went on the hunt for one and kept me updated every step of the way. For about three days, he worked to locate a 2025, reassuring me the whole time, “I will do my best to get this car for you.” He even walked me through the numbers on the 2026 just in case the 2025 wasn’t obtainable.
The day I planned to come in and look at the 2026 again—since we still hadn’t heard back from the other dealership—Rigo messaged me an hour before my visit with the best news: “We got the 2025.” When I arrived, he had both the 2025 and 2026 pulled up front, ready for me to compare one more time in case I changed my mind.
Rigo went above and beyond, and his transparency, patience, and dedication made my first dealership purchase a truly great experience. If you’re looking for someone who puts in real effort and treats you right from start to finish, I highly recommend working with Rigo at Mazda Schaumburg.”
