âI had a very horrible experience at this dealership. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle on their lot and came prepared with strong credit. I was also open to other purchases if the first deal went well, as I own a construction business and had been buying Ford in the past, I liked the new chevy products. I was considering making future fleet purchases there as well.
Unfortunately, the experience was poor from the start. The staff showed very little interest in negotiating in good faith. Their attitudes were dismissive, and communication was slow and inconsistent. The attitude was â too bad, go elsewhereâ They didnât even try to earn my business. I was ready to spend a significant amount of money but I always like to see how a dealer and sales team treats someone before they earn my business in the bigger picture. This dealership and itâs staff failed miserably.
I ended up purchasing the exact vehicle I wanted from another dealer. The difference in experience was night and day. Frankly their attitudes SUCKED!
If youâre a customer who values good communication, fair treatment, and a dealership that actually wants to do business with you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.â

âDo not buy a used car from here!!!
I bought a used 2021 GMC Canyon on Saturday 5/9. The Key fob wasnât working on the spare set of keys. I was told to make an appointment with service and they will fix it. I figured no big deal I will do it when I have time. drove it home parked it since it was raining all day. Drove it around on Sunday and noticed a terrible squeaking and grinding from the rear brakes. Called on Monday and was told to bring it in. Dropped it off Monday after work. I called on Tuesday afternoon and was told that I had a lower radiator hose leak, the rear parking brakes need to be greased and the key fob needed to be replaced for $1600. I told them I just bought the car and they said that I had to wait until the next day to have the repairs approved by the sales manager for free. I call multiple time on Wednesday and finally I am told they are approved and are waiting on parts but they should have them. Thursday, I call all day only to find out that they trying to find the radiator hose and it could be a few days!! So, I asked if they fixed everything else and they said that they would fix everything when the hose comes in. I call multiple times on Friday and Iâm told that they have the part and itâs on the lift and should be ready by end of day. That doesnât happen but I am told it will be ready Saturday. I call Saturday and get the same story and same thing happens itâs still not ready. I call Monday and Iâm told the truck was ready on Saturday. I pick the truck up on my lunch break and the only thing that is fixed on the car is the new hose, the brakes and key fob are still broken. I ended up taking the truck to my local mechanic who fixed the breaks in less than a day and he said the â parking brake shoes were coming apart.â
Do not trust these guys they sold me a broken truck and didnât fix it when they had the chance!!â

âFirst off, let me say I am a first time Chevy owner. This was my first time going to this dealership, and this was going to be my very last time. Zero customer service zero i was recommended by a friend to take my car here for service. Worse mistake of my life after three weeks, my car being dear with no calls or intel, about what's going on?I finally start calling every time.I call no one had no idea what was going on with my car and all they said they will call me back three weeks as a first time Chevy, customer, I'm surely going to be the last time. I will not recommend anyone buy or service there car at this location finally, someone picked up in the response. They gave me was they do not have enough educated workers to work on my car, which is weird after calling a bunch of other dealerships, told him the same story and they said themselves something was funny. Three weeks without having a car, 0 customer service. No one offered me a rental. No one offered me any discounts.Just rude employees.... đ€ just for them to tell me, they don't have enough people working here. That's educated to work on my car. How nervous do you think I am just hearing that. But this is just my luck worse experience ever and am still waiting on my car !!!â

âI hope you read this review before you buy/lease a car from Curry Chevrolet. If you don't read the whole thing and get nothing else from this review, do yourself a favor and don't deal with this dealership. It's not worth the hassle.
Let's start at the beginning, first they negotiate in bad faith, the salesperson will say whatever you want to hear, then say the sales manager didn't approve it. That was my first clue to get out of there, I didn't listen to my gut and put down a deposit. Stupid mistake.
Then comes the contract, the leasing contract had language in there that says they can share my social security number with anyone they want, not stipulating that it would be with a specific bank. I said I'm not signing that, so they said they would keep my deposit. Mind you, this is how they START the relationship.
After the deal is done, they said they'd email me with the financing info. THEY NEVER DID! I HAD TO CALL THEM A MONTH LATER AND ASK WHO I HAD TO PAY!
Then the car had some problems with the radiator. First visit, they cleared the codes and sent us on our way. The check engine light came on many times shortly afterward. It took calling them repeatedly to get them to take the car back in. Then they took a month to get the part to fix the car. When they finally gave the car back, we noticed the car had bad damage to the back panel (badly dented, scratched). They tried to pass it off like it was there when we brought it in. They eventually checked the cameras, confirmed that it was their fault and fixed it resulting in even more wait time. But not before making an insulting claim that we were somehow at fault for them damaging our car. I wonder what would have happened if we didn't notice the damage in the shop. Also, the brakes of the car never worked the same way after that visit.
Fast forward about three years to the end of the lease, we turn in the car on time, they said "[They'll] handle everything". Honestly, considering the history, I knew that they would screw it up somehow. Sure enough, a week later we get a message from the lender HVCU saying that I owe them $27K. I most certainly do not since I gave the car back on time and surrendered the plates. I call Curry to clear it up they say "Uhhh well the keys aren't here, I'll look into it and get back to you". They didn't. As of this review, they've answered none of my follow up phone calls, and this $27,000 problem is still up in the air.
I don't care if they start giving out cars for free, I will never deal with Curry Chevrolet again for as long as I live.â

âIn April I came into Curry, and had a wonderful sales experience with their salesman, Karl Danticat. Karl was extremely courteous, professional and very knowledgably about the car I leased and the entire process. If it were not for Karl, I would have not made the deal. Karl is super smart, highly intelligent and a kind soul. Curry is lucky to have Karl as one of their salesmen. I should also note, Curry gave me a good deal on my trade in, which is another factor that sealed my deal. So, thank you for fairly negotiating that. By the end of the day, I drove off with my new ride. Thank you again Karl, you did an amazing job. I sincerely appreciate your kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend Curry. There is a reason they have been around for so long. Good service.â
