“I would give John Maxwell, our salesperson, 5 stars. He’s a nice guy and worked with us to get the price we wanted. However, I would give the finance process 3 stars. We have great credit, the finance guy was nice enough, but nothing was computerized. It took FOREVER to sign all the paperwork. If we hadn’t driven in from Aiken, and if I hadn’t been searching for this particular car with the specific features, I seriously would have been tempted to leave about halfway through. It took an insane amount of time. And, there is only one person handling finance, so a couple of people had been waiting who knows how long for us to finish. But, overall, I got what I wanted and liked my salesperson.”

“Sold me the car I wanted (used), people were nice and generally easy to work with, but they wouldn’t honor an online discount I supposedly qualified for on TrueCar, where I found the listing (also added in an extra $400+ in fees compared to that listing). They said they couldn’t do it on account of replacing the tires prior to sale (the ones they initially tried to sell it with had dry rot and weren’t safe to keep driving on), but in my opinion they shouldn’t be selling the car at the top of it’s price range without taking care of basic maintenance issues beforehand. They didn’t even change the oil (due in a month), air filters, or wiper blades. In summary, they’re basically what I’d expect from a car dealership. Update: Received a call from the general manager; he took my issues seriously and refunded me for the missed discount and maintenance that had been neglected before the sale with no hassle at all. Appreciate them making things right!”
