“**Unacceptable Service for a $200K Vehicle – Disappointing Process and Blame-Shifting**
I scheduled an online service appointment with the "valet" option (pickup and return at 9:00 AM) for my 2024 Range Rover Autobiography. To ensure everything went smoothly, I even called the day before to confirm the correct pickup address, phone number, and timing.
The morning of the appointment, I waited for three hours, only to receive an automated email stating my service had been canceled. When I called the service department, the technician, Scott Tierney, offered no assistance or explanation and simply transferred me to a receptionist. The receptionist asked if I needed a loaner vehicle—which made no sense given that they were supposed to be picking up my car. Out of understandable frustration, I explained the situation again.
The valet was finally deployed, the car was serviced, and I promptly paid the invoice. However, upon reviewing the service summary sheet, I discovered a note that read: *"No more valets for this client, nasty to receptionist."*
While I was admittedly frustrated by the multi-hour delay and communication breakdown, I am not a rude person. In fact, I actively worked with the receptionist during that same call to figure out how to avoid this in the future (it turned out the dealership had the wrong phone number on file, despite my confirmation call the day before).
Blaming the client for the dealership’s internal process failures and blacklisting them from a premium service is completely unacceptable—especially after purchasing a $200,000 vehicle. If you want customer-focused care without the drama, look elsewhere. I will be taking my business to local independent specialists like Jesse's Garage or RennHaus from now on.”

“Review for Jaguar Land Rover Sarasota
I paid $10,000 total in February for an engine reseal. It’s now the end of April, and the experience has been unacceptable.
Since that repair:
* Windshield damaged
* Engine cover broken
* Bonnet/latch issues
* Ongoing charging system faults (vehicle warning it may shut down)
This is now my fourth return visit since mid-February, and the core issue still isn’t resolved. Instead of properly diagnosing and fixing the problem, I’ve been repeatedly pushed toward unrelated upsells like tires or even a new vehicle.
I’ve had to involve third parties and escalate beyond the dealership just to get basic accountability.
Bottom line: I paid a premium expecting dealership-level work and received poor workmanship, additional damage, and no resolution. Document everything if you bring your vehicle here.”

“Absolutely unacceptable experience – avoid this dealership
I purchased a 2024 BMW XM from Jaguar Land Rover Sarasota and took delivery on January 18, 2026. At the time, I was issued a temporary tag and explicitly told it would remain valid until my permanent registration arrived.
That never happened.
Due to an error in their paperwork, my permanent tags were never issued. After weeks of waiting, I had to contact the dealership myself in Febuary to request another temporary tag. They sent one—but now, as of March 17, that tag has also expired.
I am currently left with a $100K+ vehicle that I legally cannot drive.
I have called repeatedly and spoken directly with both the General Manager and Finance Manager, and despite multiple assurances, nothing has been fixed. No urgency, no accountability, no resolution.
Let’s be clear:
• They collected registration and title fees
• They failed to complete the paperwork correctly
• They have now left me with a vehicle that is completely inoperable due to their negligence
This is not a minor inconvenience—this is a fundamental failure of a dealership to fulfill basic legal and operational responsibilities.
At this point, I am pursuing legal action.
If you are considering buying a car here, understand this:
Once they have your money, you are on your own.
Avoid this dealership.”

“I purchased my 2023 Hyundai Kona from this establishment about 2 years ago, and I have a few things that I love - and some that I don’t. As far as my car goes, I LOVE my car, and I plan on keeping it for a very long time - however, I am running into some issues with the car now and have been calling for months trying to relocate some of my original paperwork for review, and need a copy to be forwarded to me. You’d think that would be a simple ask, but I’ve been calling for literal months only to be either sent to voicemail, be told I would get a call back because they’re busy, or promised I’d get that information over to me within days. I still have yet to receive anything at all, and I’m just disappointed. Customer service could be much better, compared to other dealerships I’ve been to.”
