“I had a FANTASTIC experience buying a car from Chanelle at Jim Bone Kia. I needed a new car after an accident, so I had done zero research in advance of starting the buying process. Chanelle truly listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and how I wanted the process to go. She is straightforward, respectful and has a lot of product knowledge. I visited 4 other dealers and no one even came close to treating me as well as Chanelle did. She made the whole process as pleasant and easeful. I'm so grateful to her and highly recommend both her and the dealership. And, I love my new Kia Niro Hybrid!”

“Had the best experiences talking with the service advisor. Genuine people are hard to find now and days and he was amazing. We cracked jokes and he took care of everything I needed done, was transparent with pricing as I needed tires and brakes and a new maintenance package, will doing more business with Kia because of him.”

“I have never had an easier more enjoyable experience when buying a car. Marcos was attentive and listened to my wants. He got me the exact car I wanted - bringing it in from another city. I LOVE my Kia.”

“Hello! My husband dropped off my Kia Telluride last week with the service team for a tune-up. The oil change and tune-up went fine, but somehow my car was scratched while it was there. The team did not alert my husband to the damage, but when he found it, they acknowledged that it must have happened while the car was in their shop. They gave us paperwork stating that the car was damaged while in their possession. My husband went back the next day so they could try to buff it out, but they were unsuccessful. It has now been over a week. We have called daily, filed a claim with our insurance, and Dan, the manager, has chosen not to call us back. After reading reviews today, it seems we are not the only ones who have had this kind of experience. Take your car elsewhere. Although they did a good job with the service, your car is not safe here, and they will actively avoid you if there is a problem.”

“I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with the service department at Jim Bone Kia. My vehicle took nearly 2 months to diagnose and another 3 weeks to repair. In total, I was without my car for almost 3 months while still making payments on it. What frustrated me most was not the time it took, but the lack of proactive communication. I would have appreciated even a brief weekly update on what had been tried or tested, and where things stood. Instead, I repeatedly had to attempt calling for updates, leave voicemails, and follow up when calls weren't returned. After about 8 weeks, I contacted Kia corporate to escalate my Techline case, which seemed to help move things forward. (I wish I had done this sooner!) To Jim Bone Kia's credit, they arranged a loaner vehicle after about 3 weeks of having my vehicle, despite not knowing if the repairs would be covered by my warranty. However, I later discovered an unexplained $130 charge on the card I had on file. When I called to ask about it, I was told they would look into it and get back to me. Several days passed without any follow-up, and I still didn't receive a clear explanation. This still remains unresolved at the time of posting this review. Ugh. When I was finally notified that my vehicle was repaired, I returned the loaner and picked up my car. My vehicle was returned dirty, and I immediately noticed a large crack across the windshield that was not there when I dropped it off. The dealership reviewed its intake photos and confirmed the crack was not present when they received the vehicle. What bothered me most was, again, not the crack or the circumstance itself, but that the damage was not identified and addressed proactively before the vehicle was returned to me after nearly three months in their possession. Maybe this was an unfortunate series of mistakes, but the overall experience left me feeling that customer service, communication, and attention to detail were lacking quite immensely. The repair itself was eventually completed, but getting clear answers and proactive support throughout the process was far more difficult than it should have been.”
