“We all know car buying can be stressful. However, my experience at Santa Monica Ford, was upfront, easy, and if you can believe it, fun! I knew what I wanted, the price I wanted and communicated that I was in no rush and could wait until what I wanted was available. Sam, my salesperson took the information and said he would check in when he could make it happen. He checked in a month later with the pricing I wanted and the model; however, the truck was black and while it was a solid option, I didn't want black. He checked in a month later with everything I wanted and most importantly the price I wanted.
