“Update: I initially wrote a good review for Omar, even though I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle at this location due to the timing not aligning, but when we were ready to do business and come in to purchase the vehicle with them, things fell apart and they all completely stopped responding to us and still have not reached out.
We were having a very unique and difficult situation with our trade-in vehicle, and we were communicating with Omar and the manager Sunny about the situation in great detail, and we were assured multiple times that there was no issue. They came in with a very aggressive price, which ultimately led us wanting to do business at their location instead.
They acted very quickly working with their internal teams and communicating with the DMV to ensure we were able to pursue the deal. We booked an appointment, and as we were on our way there, Omar informed us that there was an issue and to not come in for the appointment.
I want to be very clear that this was not the problem. The problem was that everyone was so quick to be a "yes man", without actually doing the due diligence or communicate properly. Having a background in car sales, there was a lot of red flags with their leniency to drop their numbers down drastically. Once we were told to not come in until they were able to figure out the issue on their end, my husband called Omar and the store location multiple times and no callbacks. Omar would only respond when I asked him to pencil a different deal each time, or if he was calling to see if we wanted to pursue with him and their location.
I find it extremely odd that once we made it very clear that we wanted to take our business with them, the entire location went silent. No one responded to us after canceling our appointment, no texts, no phone calls, no callbacks, no emails. Completely fell off the face of the planet and still has not reached out to us and it's been over a week.”

“DGDG should change their name to DCDC for Don't care, Don't care.
We got an Ioniq 5 2025 and it’s been in the shop 3 times, we’ve had it toed 5 times and had to jumpstart it 12.
The car died in line when dropping it off.
When we asked how to get a loaner he, I kid you not, said “that’s not our problem, you’ll have to figure that out for yourself.”
The way DGDG/Hyundai does loaners is they have to FIRST diagnose the issue (the car was dead on delivery) and then they’ll authorize a loaner.
How long does diagnostics take? 2-3 days.
So for a $55,000 car, under warranty, less than a year old, brought to the dealership who sold it to us, clearly got a lemon… their reaction to this all is “that’s a you problem.”
I get it, there are some limitations they have with Hyundai corporate, but for a business whose tagline is: “Do good. Be happy.” I find it interesting that their perspective on being happy and doing good was a full actualized sense of the term, as it clearly means, “we are not here to help you do good or be happy, that’s something you have to find in yourself.”
Well I guess doing good means forcing bad businesses to do the right thing.
I hope they either realize Hyundai is not a car company that cares about their mission, or their mission needs to be adjusted to match their reality.”

“The service was good, timely, and I loved the car. Only reason for 4 stars is because they claimed the car was in perfect shape and certified, including detailing before being handed to me, yet once I drove out with it I noticed at home (immediately) there was a scratch on one of the doors. This was of course not mentioned by anyone nor did it appear on any reports.
The dealer said it was indeed in the car before purchase but they didn't mention anything because "they hadn't noticed until I mentioned it". This sounds very unlikely after all the inspections and detailing, so it sounded like a deflection of responsibility. A simple "I'm so sorry we missed it" would have been better.
Bottom line, I love the car, the price was fair, and the process painless. So I won't make a big deal about it. But no buyer wants that kind of surprise. So make sure to inspect thoroughly before buying.”

“I've always had this stigma that dealers are out to get me. That's how I was raised and those are the horror stories I've read. Thankfully, my recent purchase at Stevens Creek Hyundai was nothing like that. Everyone I worked with was so helpful and willing to work with me to make my experience pleasant. All of our interactions were professional and at no point I felt like I was pushed or forced to make a decision I didn't want to make. Sure, I was given options to upgrade and pay more for things but it was never unprofessional or pushy. It was actually the opposite, the staff did what they could to get me a higher trade-in value than competitors, they found me a better APR than what I had originally gotten, and they helped me apply incentives to reduce the price of the car further. Special thanks to Brian Ngo, Bibek, and Marcos Bueno for doing everything possible to make me feel 100% satisfied with my purchase.”

“I’d like to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to the Hyundai team at Stevens Creek — what an absolutely amazing group of people.
I was on the hunt for a new car this year and did plenty of research. A little backstory: I’ve been a proud Hyundai owner for several years now, and I’ve genuinely loved every vehicle I’ve owned — from the Sonata, to the Santa Fe, and now the beautiful Palisade. Hyundai vehicles truly stand out in craftsmanship, reliability, pricing, and overall value. They are total crowd-pleasers, and unlike other brands I’ve owned in the past, I’ve always been more than satisfied with every Hyundai model.
I initially put in a request for a 2023 Hyundai SE, and Anthony reached out to walk me through my options. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. We went back and forth discussing numbers and available vehicles, and I never once felt rushed or pressured.
Not only did I have the pleasure of working with Anthony, but I also worked with Moe and Bibek, who all came together as a team to help me find the best solution and price that fit my budget and lifestyle. They truly listened to my needs and wants, made me feel welcomed, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable every step of the way.
After finding the perfect fit — the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy — I was introduced to Marco, who made the paperwork process smooth and efficient. He took the time to thoroughly explain my contract and made sure all my questions were answered, which I truly appreciated.
I can honestly say the team at Stevens Creek Hyundai is incredible. Car shopping can be intimidating, especially with the fear of feeling overwhelmed or taken advantage of, but that was not my experience at all. Every interaction with these gentlemen was positive, reassuring, and professional. I left the lot feeling confident, excited, and extremely happy with my decision.
A big thank you to:
• Anthony for getting the ball rolling and guiding me from the start
• Moe for helping me narrow down and choose the perfect vehicle
• Bibek for taking the time to explain and demonstrate the car’s features
• Marco :for carefully walking me through my contract
I truly applaud this team for their outstanding service. I can’t wait to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you all for such an amazing experience!”
