“Had been doing oil changes here but whomever did the last oil change here did not put the proper amount of oil because I received a message on my dashboard stating Engine Oil Low. I went back to the service department to talk to James and the direction I was given was to do an oil consumption test and during our conversation Leo was putting his two cents and being very rude and unprofessional. 1st off I was being attended by james and not him, it was not his business to put his 2 cents in. I ended up going to another dealer and doing the oil consumption test and it turned out that in fact the technician from guarantee Chevrolet did not put the correct amount of oil. I hope the manager reads this and talks to both the technician and Leo and fixes this situation for future customers because I'm not going back. I won't trust them with my vehicle anymore. Something basic was failed and could have caused me an engine. I lost time doing an unnecessary oil consumption test when they could have told me it was a mistake on their end.”
