“I do not recommend buying a car here, especially if it’s your first car. I bought my 2023 Malibu from this dealership, and within the first week the car was already having issues. The car would shake while driving, so I brought it back and told them about it. Their mechanic looked at it and said nothing was wrong. Later, I found out another customer with a Malibu had come in complaining about the exact same issue. A few months later, the tape on the driver’s side near the gear shifter finally came off, and that’s when I noticed there was a big hole underneath. It looked like someone had tried to melt or patch it together instead of properly fixing it. I never noticed the tape when I was looking over the car before buying it. If I had seen it, I would have never bought this car. I brought the car back later and asked if they could fix it, but they told me I had to pay out of pocket because it was a used car. I understand that used cars aren’t perfect, but selling a car with damage that appears to have been covered up is unacceptable. That’s not normal wear and tear. I honestly thought I was in good hands, but I was wrong. This has been the worst dealership experience I’ve had, and I would not recommend buying a car here. If you decide to buy a car from this dealership, make sure you inspect everything before you sign the paperwork and drive off the lot. Check every inch of the car because that’s where I messed up. Also, make sure you test drive it on the highway, not just around the block. If possible, take someone with you who knows a lot about cars and the car-buying process. It could save you from making the same mistake I did.”

“Mr Navarro was helpful in picking out a truck that best fits me. He wasn't pushy offerd me to test drive 2 trucks. I was already set in stone to purchase 2026 AT4 Sierra but was curious on the famous Denali truck. Test drove the truck loved the Denali but wasn't for me. Mr. Navarro gave me a price and incentives included with the MSRP I was happy withe numbers and it made sense to purchase my first truck from there. Great customer service answered all my questions, I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The service department is up for a review when I get my first oil change.”
