“Put a deposit down of $500 on a car I saw online, after throughly reviewing the car fax discover this vehicle had the engine replaced after 17k miles, which was never disclosed to me. I called back the very next day to let them know I wouldn’t be purchasing that car and Kevin in the finance department refused to refund my deposit. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE AND DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE!”

“I recently bought a Mazda 3 hatchback from JT Automart and I really like the car a lot. It had low miles and is in very good condition.
The buying process was fairly painless.”

“I bought my 2007 Honda Accord from there around 2010. Paid it off in 2014. I still have it & love it just as much today as I did when I bought it. Super great sales person & the entire company! I'm looking again to buy a car there.”

“Customer service was fine, super nice... that's the 5 stars part. I was trading a vehicle for one of theirs, and they offered $7,500 because the "auction market would bring $10,500". I got up and left. Went to another dealer, and they offered me $16,000.
If you need a car and not trading their prices are fair. If your trading, go somewhere else.”

“I would like to start by sayingI was in a situation where I needed a reliable vehicle quickly. They made getting me into a vehicle happen the reliable part not so much. They were able to locate financing and get me in a 2012 Nissan Frontier. That’s where there it stops though. Within the first few days of getting the truck home I noticed the cargo lights didn’t work with the dash button so I take the lower drivers side days panel off and immediately see that someone had installed a remote starter at some point and then ripped it out very poorly. It was all put back together very poorly with exposed wires going from the main ignition just twisted together with no shielding of any sort to be seen. Needless to say the cargo lights won’t be working due to an untraceable power loss. Fast forward a three more weeks and my truck starts surging and cutting off on my way home from work. Now it’s kicking back a speed sensor circuit failure. Going to try and remedy it through them so we’ll see how it goes. On top of all this my vehicle just hit the 30 day temporary registration mark and I have yet to receive my plates or registration so now the truck isn’t even legal to drive on the road. If these issues can be remedied I will change my rating but as it stands right now I went from needing a vehicle to having malfunctioning one that’s not road legal any longer with a monthly payment to take care of every month with no transportation to work.
*UPDATE*
Problem was not resolved and their service department is completely incompetent. I waited a whole week for them to let me know what was going on. I had to take the day off just to go back to get an answer. The service manager explains to me she doesn’t have the free time to let technicians troubleshoot my vehicle. She explains she’s doing me a favor by even looking at it since I didn’t buy the warranty. I have had the car 30 days and it’s stalling sputtering and throwing codes. That’s not warranty material that’s just showing that your a trustworthy dealership that stands behind your product. Needless to say I ended up taking it to Nissan to have it looked it. My advice would be to all would be buyers is to take that car to your trusted mechanic and have them look it over before you even think of signing anything with these people. The salesman was pushy and guilt tripped me for not wanting to buy the vehicle in the first place. Never again will I buy or will I recommend buying from JT Automart.”
