“I needed an oil change. It was very hard to make the time to get it done. They offered to come to my doctor's appointment and get it done for me there. They met me right before took the key. Didn't full oil change and tire rotation and topped off all the fluids before I got done with my appointment. Left the key with the receptionist at my appointment He was waiting for me when I was getting ready to check out. Sent me a bill by text. It was super easy and smooth. I highly recommend!!”

The only thing I would change is that I was there for 4 hours, but it made time for small talk and some personal conversations. All in all a very enjoyable experience. I will still give the sales team 5 ⭐️ but so many issues with the financial side. To begin with my bank sent a check, it was signed for and then lost. Had to go through that whole process again. Then not processing my tag transfer through the DMV. No communication from the financial personnel at all. Sent several emails and no response at all. This comes off as very unprofessional. Definitely room for improvement there.”
