“Audi North team is professional. I mean actually doing high quality, respectful of time, prompt, clear business with clients. Seems unheard of these days. They answer phones, call back, know their stuff, can handle out of state purchases. The car is exactly as I hoped it would be. I mean the finish on the body and wheels is truly brand new. I am very particular and always assume a little risk in out of state buys for door dings, paint touch up, wheel rash. Audi north said no blemishes, the car is phenomenal. They were truthful. The sale numbers and sale sheet was clear and we worked over all the line items, they listened when I complained about fees and were respectful as we closed the deal. Chris Jackson is the model of an Audi salesperson and he should be training or being mirrored by others so you can replicate what he is doing on a day to day basis. He is the standard.”

“Gordon was awesome from the first minute on walked into the dealership. The vehicle we wanted was not immediately available and he took my contact information with zero pressure and shred that he would email me the details of the vehicle. He followed through and worked with us to purchase the vehicle while I was out of town and have it detailed for a Saturday morning pickup. Thank you Gordon for the great experience and ensuring we could deliver an extra special birthday present to our daughter!”

“The Service Advisor is very responsive and accommodating; however, the issue with my vehicle has still not been resolved. For background, I traded in my 2021 RS7 for a 2022 RS e-tron GT on or about 12/12/2025. Since then, I have brought the e-tron to Audi North no fewer than three times, and as of today—1/25/2026—I am preparing to make another service appointment after being told the issue was resolved. The issue is that the e-tron will not charge using the AC/DC charging port. When I first brought the vehicle in—also to address a recall and a spoiler malfunction—I was told after Audi had the vehicle for three to four days that there was no issue and that the charging port was functioning properly. I took the vehicle home, but the issue persisted. I attempted to charge the vehicle using the Audi Home Charging Unit, and when that did not work, I went to a commercial EVgo charging station. The vehicle would not charge there either. However, the vehicle would charge at home using only the AC port side. I then returned the vehicle to Audi, where it remained for another three days. I even brought my Audi Home Charging Unit in to be checked. I picked up the e-tron on 1/22/2026 and was told the issue was due to the power source at both my home and the commercial charging station. This explanation did not make sense, as I was able to charge at home using the AC port side. If the power source were the issue, I would not have been able to charge the vehicle at all. Nevertheless, I accepted the explanation and took the vehicle home. When I attempted to charge the e-tron at home using the AC/DC port side, I again received an error message. When I switched to the AC-only port side, charging worked. I tried once more to charge using the AC/DC port side today, and the error message appeared again. At this point, it is obvious there is an issue with the AC/DC charging port that Audi has not been able to identify. I continue to be sent home with a vehicle that will not “fast charge,” which is a critical feature—especially if I were to need it on a trip. This is now my third Audi, having gone from an RS5 to an RS7 to the RS e-tron GT, and the sixth Audi in my family. My wife alone has owned three Audi vehicles. We are loyal to the brand. However, I am writing this review at 3:29 a.m. on a Sunday because I have an Audi that is not meeting my expectations of a premium brand and product. I was initially surprised—and pleased—to find a 2022 RS e-tron GT with fewer than 5,000 miles and even asked the salesperson about the unusually low mileage. It now appears there may be an explanation for that. Perhaps in another post I will address the fact that one of the service technicians suggested I may have a rodent living in the frunk after I had owned the e-tron for approximately two weeks and had to schedule yet another service appointment. For context, our vehicles are kept in a garage, we have no rodent issues in or around our home, and none of our other vehicles have ever had a suggestion that rodents were living in the engine compartment.”

“I had an amazing experience purchasing my new vehicle from Audi. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. My sales person Lindsey and the entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted, offered helpful advice, and handled everything with care and attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with my new car and the exceptional service I received. Highly recommend!”

“I was in the market for a new vehicle and decided to stop in at this dealership and I am so glad that I did. Gordon on the sales team and the entire team at this dealership made my buying experience 10/10. I will always own an Audi moving forward, and would definitely come back to this location in the future. The entire experience from the moment I walked in the door to when I left the dealership with my new Audi Q5 was such a breeze. They completely changed the game on the whole car buying experience. The complimentary Panera and San Pellegrino was a plus as well. Highly recommend Gordon, the sales manager, and the new finance guy (I think his name was Ron). Awesome place!”
