“UPDATE: I reached out to Marvin, the manager that initially helped us with the purchase the day this occurred and he failed to respond. We never heard a word from anyone from the dealership, we just received an email stating we had a delivery scheduled for Tuesday. The package arrived Tuesday as scheduled which we were thankful for, however, part of the order was missing. We contacted the dealership and Marvin the original manager refused to make things right. The manager on duty at the time also said there was nothing they could do. Finally, my husband talked to Chad, the newer new car manager. He was EXTREMELY helpful and talked to us with professionalism and respect. He had patience with us and eventually resolved our issue. We are very grateful for Chad. ORIGINAL POST: Initial purchase was average. Business office rep was professional. Manager was personable. As part of the purchase deal, we were promised all weather mats. They refused to ship them. We drove over an hour to pick them up on a Saturday, after confirming they were ready the day before, which was confirmed. When we arrive we were told they were locked up and we wasted a trip. The manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional. After asking if they could ship them, he agreed. Very disappointing considering we just spent 75,000 dollars on a brand new vehicle. No apologies were given. Highly recommend not giving them your business. They clearly don’t have any respect for their customers.”
