I had a good experience buying my car from this dealership. The staff were friendly and helpful. They explained everything in a simple way and made the process easy. I really appreciate the discount they gave me. It helped me get a better deal. The whole process was smooth and not stressful. I am happy with my car and the service. I would recommend this dealership to others.

4.5 Car buying experience was great. The gentleman seemed genuinely invested in the transaction. Having driven 3 hours to the dealership the only thing I would have appreciated would be that the Tesla had at least been charged a bit for us instead of being left at 3%. The gentlemen did however escort us to the nearest charger and ensured we were able to charge.

I recently purchased a car from United Imports, San Jose. I had read reviews prior to my own transaction and felt a little nervous based on some lower reviews. However, my experience was great. The staff was not pushy or aggressive with the sale, and they provided a level of information that suited my needs. We were able to handle the transaction efficiently and without issue. I would recommend this agency to others.

In purchases my Lexus IS250 F-Sport from United Imports in 2018. They had a great inventory of cars to choose from. Their staff was knowledgable and did not pressure me into my purchase. I was able to test drive the cars I was interested in. They had great finance options too. I had a great shopping experience. My car has been a gem and was a quality purchase. I will definitely visit them for my next car purchase. I recommend visiting them for yours.

Just got a text message to write a review more than 10 years after I bought a car from them. In 2016 I was looking for a bmw 335i manual, super hard to find but United imports had a white 2013, that was previously leased Around 30k miles on it, clean carfax No test drive, financing was easy and required a small down payment. Was told there was 2 keys, but after signing paperwork only one. After a few months the paint on the passenger side quarter panel was yellowing and didn’t have the shine the rest of the car had. Their prices were 1-2k cheaper at the time and I presumed they buy damaged cars and repair them for cheap. It bothered me, but not enough to do anything about it. Sold the car in 2021 with 101k miles Leased 2 other brand new bmws after this and decided that leasing is far more cost effective for bmw with the high maintenance costs and depreciation.
