“What a place to come to! I feel like coming here even if I don't need work on my vehicles. Without delay they fixed the Safety Recall on my promaster van. And they gave me a vehicle multipoint inspection at no extra charge! Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼 These people are very nice and friendly and are top-notch in their service and how they treat you. They always give me a reason to want to come back!”

“I had an amazing experience today selling my minivan to Normandin. I was there maybe 20 minutes and they gave me extremely fair and generous price for it. I did buy it there nine years ago. It was such an easy experience
In the past, I have bought a Dodge ram there And like I said, I bought that mini van here. They always have such great customer service and polite people. They’re not really running a high-pressure tactic Kind of dealership. It’s Family owned and run. Just always nice people in the last 30 or 40 years that I’ve been going there. We’re lucky to have them in our community.”

“UPDATED WITH MORE PHOTOS.
I am changing my previous five star review, which was limited to only the purchase process. Here is an update once I've owned the vehicle for a few months and dealing with mismanagement from service.
I purchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon Xtreme Recon and unfortunately discovered extensive factory paint and hard top defects within the first hundred miles which have become even more noticeable with UV exposure.
The issues include an incredible amount of paint runs, fisheyes, bubbling, debris under the clear coat, thin/inconsistent paint coverage, hood and door paint defects, and even damage to the interior edges of the hard top itself.
This is appalling for a $60K+ vehicle. But, my biggest issue has not just been the factory defects — it has been the handling of the warranty process.
Over the course of six weeks and substantial back and forth in person, over phone and email, I was repeatedly sent in circles between the dealer and Stellantis customer care. Stellantis directed me back to the dealer, while the dealer maintained they could only follow the limited warranty authorization already provided.
Despite multiple inspections and additional defects continuing to be identified, I lost confidence that the full condition of the vehicle was ever accurately represented to Stellantis by Normadin's service departement. I also requested transparency into the body shop estimate being used to determine repair scope, but was told it was “internal only.”
The proposed remedy remained limited to block sanding and localized paint correction, despite the presence of broader hard top component damage and multiple finish defects on a brand new vehicle. Based on my interactions and the repair authorization that was ultimately issued, I believe important defects were not fully documented or communicated during the warranty review process
I requested hard top replacement and proper repair of the hood and door defects, but the process became extremely frustrating and drawn out.
I remained professional and patient throughout the process, but ultimately this experience significantly impacted my confidence in both the dealership and the manufacturer’s warranty handling process.
Ultimately, given how this has been handled, I decided to go public with this review. Normandin has an opportunity to make this right - let's hope they do. I remain committed to working towards a resolution.
I have included some photos below, but there is also significantly more paint damage from the factory on other panels. Most of it is is due to lack of complete coverage and runs, too much to include.”

“I brought my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid (55k miles) here after they replaced the hybrid battery under warranty in Dec 2025. Unfortunately, the quality of that work led to multiple follow-up issues.
On our first long drive, we got repeated hybrid system warnings. Research pointed to improper coolant bleeding by the service tech after battery replacement. I later confirmed the coolant was low and topped it off myself. The van continued throwing “Service Hybrid Electric System” warnings and a CEL, so I brought it back.
1) Hybrid system issue
Codes were cleared and deemed resolved, but there was no acknowledgment or apology for the improper prior work that caused us a major inconvenience.
2) Incorrect $295 diagnostic fee
I was told the Check Engine Light was due to a low 12V battery (less than a year old AGM). Walmart had already tested it as good. After reviewing the dealer’s report, the battery status showed “Stored,” not active, and test results indicated the battery passed. After pushing back to Justin McGann my service advisor, he was adamant that I had a bad battery with his years of experience, even though the litany of tests they did didnt show that. I asked that we take a multimeter and go test together. He said he wasn't a tech to be able to know how to do that. The irony of his years of experience of being able to identify a bad battery without knowing how to test it. His manager after seeing the test results agreed the charge was incorrect and refunded it. Most people probably would have paid—always double check the work folks.
3) Suspension misdiagnosis
I reported a front-left squeak. They replaced both front struts under warranty ($100 deductible). He said it was a $2k job if it wasnt covered under warranty, which is ridiculous price just to change out struts. So as much as they hit the warranty for the job, the noise was still present immediately after leaving, suggesting misdiagnosis or lack of proper test drive.
Overall
Long service times (3 weeks), poor communication, and questionable diagnostics hurt trust. Some delays may be warranty-related that is outside of their control, but clearer updates and accountability would go a long way. Also, the techs that worked on the van dirtied up the interior of the van with no attempt to wipe down. Headliner, visor, seats, all have dirty finger prints and was just left there for the customer to deal with. I sent a picture to Justin showing the dirty finger prints and there was no response. Unprofessional all around. I may try another dealership going forward.
As you see with others on here, Haris responded to my feedback leaving his number for me to calI. I got a voice mail and left him a message a few days ago now and have yet to hear back. May have just been an attempt to look good in reviews.”
