I recognize I could get more money through private sale, but the thought of having to manage test drives and payment turns me off of the idea. I showed up on a Friday afternoon without an appointment, and while there was a bit of a wait, I managed to beat the rush. However, I would recommend an appointment, and be aware that the weekends are the busiest times. The facilities were clean and there were plenty of helpful people to assist with any questions.
