“We were disappointed to discover that the car we were interested in, as confirmed by Erick, was not available upon our arrival at the dealership. The staff, particularly the lady we spoke with, showed little concern for the inconvenience caused by the misinformation. It's concerning that either there's a lack of communication about inventory within the dealership, or there's a deliberate attempt to lure customers in with false information. This experience left us feeling deceived and raises questions about the integrity of their business practices. Furthermore, their failure to update their Craigslist advertisements adds to the frustration, as the car we inquired about was still listed as available despite being sold days prior.”
