“My experience with Capital Ford has been extremely disappointing. When I purchased my vehicle, everyone was friendly, helpful, and eager to earn my business. I also purchased an extended warranty because I believed it would provide peace of mind if issues arose. Unfortunately, now that I need assistance, I am being treated completely differently. My vehicle is currently at another repair facility, and I was advised to contact Capital Ford to see if they could help or provide guidance regarding the warranty. Instead of receiving customer support, I was met with dismissive attitudes and a complete lack of concern. One representative incorrectly stated that I had owned the vehicle for over a year, which is not accurate, and another employee hung up on me during the conversation. No effort was made to understand my situation or provide any meaningful assistance. I understand that not every repair will be covered and that dealerships must follow warranty guidelines. However, there is a huge difference between explaining a policy and treating a customer with disrespect. I wasn’t asking for special treatment, I was simply asking for help and information regarding a vehicle and warranty purchased through your dealership. The true test of customer service is not how customers are treated when they’re buying a car; it’s how they’re treated when they need support after the sale. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle or warranty from Capital Ford, and I cannot recommend them to others.”

“Zero stars explains the service this location gives.. Angelo is an exception to this instance. highly advise to visit anywhere else related to ford. Salesman laugh at you when searching for the truck for 20+ min only for them to swoop in to show another client. Not only that but dude cornered me by the bathrooms to apologize after he couldn't make the sale and super reluctant to give his name.. do better capital ford! Lost a customer today. And will advise all other fellow car guys of my experience”

“I have been using Capitol Ford for about 10 years now for service on my vehicles. Most recently, my son inherited a Maverick from his father who had recently passed. Since my son lives in Southern CA, and the truck was in the San Jose area, he asked me to look into selling it. I approached Capitol Ford, and I was connected with T’erra. She was sensitive to our situation and the fact that there was still an emotional connection to the vehicle for my son. She guided us through the process of transferring the title on the pink slip and even made it possible for my son to sign off on documents remotely. She was extremely patient and never pressured us at any point. She also went above and beyond and helped us transport the truck to Capitol Ford since I was recovering from surgery and couldn’t drive. I am so grateful for T’erra’s professionalism and kindness during an emotionally challenging time for us. Additionally, years ago I switched to using Capitol Ford service on my older Ford SUVs when local independent repair shops were unable to fix issues on the vehicles. Their pricing is fair. They have excellent customer service, and they were always able to fix anything that had gone wrong. I will always send anyone I know who has a Ford or wants to purchase or sell one to Capitol Ford. I highly recommend them!”

“I had a great experience! As a person who’s working on their credit, I didn’t have much hope in actually buying a car. Not only was I able to purchase a car but I got one with a great warranty and gap insurance! Mr.Jesus Ortiz is definitely the guy to go to if you want to get a car but are nervous about your financial history. The finance department are great as well, if not for the whole team, I wouldn’t be able to help my own family today.”
