“My experience with San Jose Mitsubishi started out great. The sales team was responsive, professional, and made the purchasing process for my Corvette seem seamless. Unfortunately, that level of service disappeared the moment my payment was received. After my check cleared and the deal was finalized, communication became nearly impossible. I was repeatedly given the runaround, calls and messages went unanswered, and no one seemed willing to provide clear information regarding the shipment and delivery of my vehicle. What makes this especially frustrating is that the dealership was fully aware of my schedule and time constraints. I was assured that the vehicle would be delivered before my upcoming departure. I am now only days away from leaving and still have not received any meaningful update regarding the transportation of my vehicle. To make matters worse, I paid for shipping this was not a complimentary service. The issue is not simply the delay; delays happen. The real problem is the complete lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through after the sale was completed. As a customer, it feels like once they received payment, my concerns no longer mattered. I had even considered purchasing another vehicle from this dealership with my mother, who lives in the San Jose area. Based on this experience, that is no longer something I would consider. At this point, I simply want the vehicle I purchased or a clear explanation of what is happening. A transaction of this size deserves better communication and customer service than what I have received. Very disappointing experience.”
